Really great quality, look and feel.

Beautiful! They feel solid in my hand. They're really long and elegant. They came wrapped as shown in the box behind the glasses. I can see how some may arrive broken because of the Amazon box they came in.. it was a little bigger with a square air-filled bag and that's it.. but they're snug in their own box.. BUT the product itself is beautiful!!! I am soooooo happy with the purchase!! Simple 2 hearts but still fancy enough for a wedding 💜

These toasting glasses were beyond my expectations! They are beautifully cut European cut crystal and nice & heavy! Very sturdy but so elegant! They are shipped in a nice gift box and wrapped and protected so they would not break. Definitely worth the money!

I love the flutes. We are going to use them at our daughters wedding! They are beautiful! However first pair one was crushed. Not packaged well. They did send another replacement set and was received within 2 days! Flutes are beautiful and customer service was great. I think packaging could be improved. I have re-packed them to ensure they don’t get broken before the wedding !

I was not happy that the first delivery showed up with one glass completely smashed and the other very badly chipped. I don't think it is difficult to see that there is crystal in the shipment and take a few extra minutes to make sure it is packaged well and sufficiently protected. It is a pain to have to ask a gift recipient to run the bad package over to UPS and send another. Luckily the 2nd package arrived in tact and both glasses are stunning. They will be using them as toasting flutes for their upcoming wedding.
