Unfortunately, the product didn't fit my mother, and despite reaching out to the seller, I was informed that no replacement or size exchange was available.What's more disappointing is the unhelpful response from Amazon's customer care service. The executive I spoke with was rude and uncooperative, leaving me with no solution.As a loyal Amazon customer for over 10+ years, I'm shocked by the poor service I've received. The seller's inflexible policy and Amazon's inability to assist me have resulted in a wasted ₹2000.I strongly advise against purchasing this product, as it may have fitting issues, and the seller & Amazon Customer Service is unresponsive. Best product soo useful in back pains and also I give suggestion to others and my family members to purchase this vissco product which is made by vissco company through amazon. It light weight and very comfortable, feeling good. There is no abstraction fir my routine work like cooking, washing utensils being a homemaker.
