Everything is good about sofa. Got the same sofa at lower price compared to wakefit website. Using Amazon pay ICICI card provided extra cashback. I got the sofa for 27.5k approximately.There was delay in delivery. They almost took 20 days to deliver. Promised delivery was by 2 weeks. Installation was quick and easy. The people who deliver the sofa themselves will assemble legs ( Rest everything comes ready). Good thing about wakefit is there will not be any wastage of plastics or boxes. They will take back all packaging materials after opening it infront of us. Reducing 1 star for delayed delivery

I was actually waiting for a long time to buy this sofa and my wait got over when I saw this product on Amazon at a very good deal So without wasting any time I ordered it immediately and it was delivered to me within two weeks which was very fast delivery. The installation of the sofa was hassle free. It is very comfortable and the quality is amazing I think I slept three days straight on it. My dog loves it too he jumps on it he digs on it but still there is no rip on the cloth the quality is amazing. It’s just been a week that I have received this product but until now I haven’t faced any issue. Moreover I trust Wakefit because I have been using their products for years now and I think this is exactly the quality what you will expect from them so if you’re looking for something cosy and comfortable with a very good quality you should definitely go for it. Bought the 3+1 chaise sofa by Wakefit and have been loving it so far. Looks really nice in my space & is sturdy as well.

Sofa Product and build quality is not that much good. Within the usage of 6 months one of the leg got broken. Called the customer care they told carpenter will attend with in 24 hrs. Even after 48 hrs no one came and called again customer care. Asked me share the photo and video. After 24 hrs got a call, it is not part of warranty and check with local vendors. After the initial sales they will repetitive call you to give 5 star rating. But when come to service it is very pathetic.

I have purchased this sofa in March so been using it for almost three months now. I got the sofa because of it's good looks, price point and value for money, and am not at all disappointed. The sofa is quite comfortable and looks beautiful in my room. The red color is a bit darker than it looks in the pictures so refer to user pictures before buying.Delivery was handled entirely by Wakefit team and they're very professional. Their customer service was also very prompt in handling one of the returns. I have another sofa, a mattress and a box bed from Wakefit, similarly happy with all purchases.

It's socomfortable, super look , space saver for corner setting and best quality. When saw wakefit brand I didn't think twice and ordered. Delivery person also so knowledgeable, both person fit it so fast. 4 months over I m using, my baby playing, jumping all the time on sofa. Till date no complaint and I m very happy 😊
