Received the item without any issue. Didn't like the old school freezer and the back side with heat dissipater. Look wise very nice and cools as expected. Whirlpool has to stop fooling people with model numbers looks like the capacity of the fridge though the actual capacity is less. Model number of mine starts with 260 something and the capacity is 236 litres. People can get cheated easily by the look alike model number which was the marketing department's clever idea. So be careful to read all the details before buy.

It says no frost fridge, but it frosts and floods whole place with water overflowing from the back collector3 times the tech came they cleaned and told clear the water basket once 6 months or year. I see lots of food was spoiled and checked the fridge, cleared all the racks cleaned it , removed the basket which was full of drain water and cleaned all parts and put it back, not even 2 days the cool tray is full of ice and starts falling ice slabs. back side water collector is almost 75& full. History of holding the fridge i never seen such a junk from a reputed company like whirlpool. Asked for replacement no response from Amazon or whirlpool , Whirlpool again registered a complaint and tech will call. i dont know how long this junk episode will go , I will never buy again or recommend whirilpool product to self or anyone . Such crap is the product.

Using this product since 3 months cooling and power efficiency both are just super. An absolute Go with product for this price range.

Using it last 6 months and found it to be satisfying.

It is 4 star fridge as it was in tha same group of 5 star fridge but due to different colour they have changed the star variations too. So, be careful when you are purchasing this item though 4 star and 5 star doesn't make much difference but still you should be aware about this before you claim this. Amazon should not mix the different products in same category.
