Good flavor and value but there's no marking on the dropper to know dosage. I have to guess what 1ml might be by converting to 1/5 of a teaspoon. I'd happily buy again and regularly if the dropper was modified to show 1 ml.

I have some sleep issues that hamper my ability to feel rested and energized when waking. I found this and and decided to give it a try. It definitely perks me up in the morning. Sometimes I take it mid-day if I'm feeling a little sluggish.The taste is good; tastes like cherries, although sometimes a bit tart. The dropper can sometimes be inconsistent, but aside from that, I really like this liquid b-complex. It's affordable daily energy in a bottle. Feels better than green tea; far less stimulating.

Flavor is much better than my previous brand. Good price, quality and quantity.

Powerhouse, practically like taking caffeine will last a few days one pill. This is the most powerful vitamin I've ever taken, I think people have expectations about results and with this vitamin you get them in spades. I don't recommend using this more than once every few days unless you're really drained for energy. If you need a lot of energy I guess you could take it three times a week. If all vitamins were this effective we might not need doctors.

I’ve been taking this vitamin for a couple days now. I’ve most definitely noticed improvements in my energy levels and mood! What I do is use about half a dropper and put it underneath my tongue and hold it there for as long as I can, swallow and go about my day. It tastes amazing especially for a vitamin! Don’t hesitate, just get it! The price is wonderful and worth every penny.

Truly life changing. I have so much more energy now. I feel like my battery was on 20 %. Now its on 110%. Im more energetic and just happier. I highly recommend. It does turn ur pee neon and i noticed that i do pee more. I thought i was gonna have problems falling asleep because of all the energy, but so far so good. Day 1 i saw results.
