Excellent supplement I added to my routine to support mental wellness and stress. I take it in the morning and it eases me during the day. I’ve been using for 8 months now and I can tell a significant difference.

Love these pills. So I've been trying to lose weight. My face looked puffy and just swollen from fat. When I started the pills within about 3 days I noticed a difference in my face, a big one... it did not look as swollen and puffy. I feel better, more energy, I even started having energy to go to the gym. I take one in the morning with water and one at night. I don't think it matters if you take it with food, because i take them on a empty stomach.I also believe this helps with hunger.When im at work, I dont crave to have lunch. I can go all the way to 6pm until my first and only meal. I reccomend these pills, my stress levels are being regulated with these pills so I believe that's what's helping me lose the weight. I am down 3 pounds so far. It's day 6.

Used to buy from another company though these are just as good to keep me calmer during the day.

This is an easy to swallow, odorless, ivory colored capsule. It calmed my mind getting ready for sleep on the first three nights that I took it. Night 4-10 I had extremely vivid and intense dreams. I woke up feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted. My doctor said the level of Ashwagandha was much too potent for me and I discontinued use. My sleep went back to normal after a few days. This is a clean formula and a favorite supplement of functional medicine practitioners. It can be positively life changing for many. It just wasn’t a good fit for me and my needs.

I did not think this would work. I know the affects of ashawaganda, but wasn’t sure about the other stuff. But it works!!! I am a stressed nurse and the cortisol management has been feeling relieved and refreshed in the morning! I never have issues getting sleep, so can’t say if it helps me sleep but during the day I definitely feel a difference!

This supplement made me really sleepy the next morning. I only took one tablet before bed as directed and I was pressing snooze multiple times and couldn't wake up at a decent hour. I did a mini experiment and did everything the same but took the supplement or didn't take it and it is for sure the supplement that is causing the fatigue. It also made me really sleepy throughout the day also, I was yawning constantly and was counting down the hours before I could go back to sleep. It was brutal. I will however keep this in my cabinet for long flights and if I need help sleeping due to jet lag, I know it's not for that but it made me so sleepy, unlike any other supplement I've ever tried.

This product was recommended by a doctor for me. Although the product did not work for me I must say this company values customer satisfaction and service! Give their products a try. Everyone is not the same and just because it did not work for me does not mean it won’t work for you. I would totally buy again from this company.

I’ve been taking these since November and I definitely feel less stressed. It does not help with sleep, but does with anxiety. No taste, easy to swallow, good price.
