The costume is nice quality and looks great. The cape is great!Overall, our daughter loves it.It just does not fit our daughter quite right, and she would not be able to be wear it without it looking silly past this couple of months.Our daughter is 105 cm tall and weighs 38 lbs. We bought a size small. It is both too wide and too short. The belt is massively wide. Following a couple other people’s suggestions in reviews, I sewed the front part of the belt to the dress, and it looks much better (and also solves the belt sizing issue).We are going to have her wear some black shorts or leggings underneath for Halloween so that it isn’t so revealing.My comments are really just to help people with sizing. It would be perfect depending on your kid’s size.

I bought this (in size small) for my daughter’s fourth birthday and she LOVED it! She put it on immediately after opening it and wore it for the remainder of her party. I am writing this review almost a year later (her fifth birthday is in just a few weeks) and she STILL loves this costume. So much that she wore it for Halloween this year. The costume is very durable and has held up very well over the past year. My daughter is really into all the DC superhero girls (wonder woman, supergirl, batgirl, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Katana) and I really support the positive influence these fictional women have on young girls. They demonstrate and promote leadership, kindness, teamwork, cooperation, standing up for yourself and others, and appreciation for the unique abilities and contributions of other people and friends. If you have a kiddo that’s into superhero stuff, this would be a GREAT gift! The costume is great for dress up, pretend play, Halloween, and simply promoting the idea that you really can be a superhero and change the world… just believe in yourself!

Super cute costume, unfortunately it was smaller than I thought it would be. But that’s ok, the quality is good and thicker.

I love this costume. Very well made and great detail. My daughter loves it. I would suggest following the size chart, my daughter is 6, 42# and her waist is 21 inches. I ordered a small and there is some room in it for her, so it will last a few years. The only complaint/suggestion for Rubie's is add length to the skirt, it's too short. I agree with some other reviewers about that, I have to get some shorts to put under it and I wish I didn't have to. I thought about returning it and ordering a size up but I'm afraid it will be too big on her. I would also suggest to make it even better to attach the belt too. I guess I could do it, but I seem to screw up simple sewing jobs. Overall, a great purchase. BTW, I have other costumes from Rubies and I think they are well made and think they are quality costumes, much nicer than the crap you buy at the store.

This costume is great. Usually Rubie's costumes are pretty cheaply made and fall apart instantly, so I was hesitant to buy this for my daughter's halloween costume based on my prior experience with this brand. In the end, I'm so glad I bought it! The fabric feels nice and thick, and has a slick, almost rubbery feel to it, especially the cape. The belt is a separate piece with a velcro closure, and it rides up a bit when she's playing, so I ended up stitching it to the costume to keep it in place. We ordered based on her normal size rather than the recommended size up (she's on the slender side) and the arms and leotard were definitely the right size for her, though the skirt is a bit short. I'd recommend getting some shorts to wear underneath.We paired it with Dora Girls Red Glitter 1.75" Go Go Boots size Medium 13-1 and the Gia-Mia Dance Big Girls Metallic Short, Gold, Medium and now she's all ready for Halloween. She LOVES this costume - after trying it on to see if it fit, I had a heck of a time getting her to take it back off. Thumbs up all round.

We really liked the costume but we went by the size chart that is based on weight. According to that my girl should wear a small, but when she tried it on it was pretty snug and short. We immediately ordered the next size up (that was a week ago) and there is no estimated delivery date so at this point we don't know if the second one is even coming. Totally frustrated.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this SuperGirl Suit! The quality is way above an average Halloween costume. My daughter loves it and I'm hopeful it will hold up through a lot of wear.
