You have to be careful not to set it on high and leave it on for too long. It will cause burns. Otherwise it works as advertised.

Good Product. Heats well with 3 settings. You provide a portable Power Bank that fits into a pocket on the pad. Easy to put on and take off Knee Pad. I will be buying a 2nd one so I can do both knees at the same time.

100% misleading advertising. When I look at a picture of people hiking with a heated kneepad on their leg, you'd assume that it can heat the knee while out in the woods, right? WRONG. 100% FALSE. False advertising and now I'm up a creek and on my way to an epic trip that I'm now unprepared for. I am beyond disappointed. So, basically if you're sitting around and doing nothing (stuff that doesnt hurt your knee), this is the knee pad for you. I'll never trust another product this company sells ever again.

Value for money. The best thing it's USB based, you can pretty much use it anywhere, even on long drives.
