Very good for the money!! However I use a waterproof one to seal this bc it seems to wear off , so not a 10-12 hr mascara. Buying it again.

I am a fan of Catrice products because of their low price point and their high quality, but this mascara just did not wow me. It's ok but it's not a stand out product, however, it's not the worst mascara I have used by any means.This mascara comes in a double sided tube. One side is "lengthening" and the other side is "volumnizing". The lengthening side has a latex brush that is football or egg shaped. The lengthening side has a longer, skinny, brush with traditional bristles.The mascara is a true, deep black, which I like. I do not like black mascara that is actually dark gray or has a gray tint to it. This is true black.I didn't find the lengthening formula very "lengthening", although it was not clumpy. The volumnizing side could get a little clumpy if I wasn't very exact with using the brush to comb through my eyelashes properly, but I wouldn't say that it was overly clumpy. I just needed to be a little more careful brushing it through.Overall, for the price, this is a good BASIC mascara but it's not my favorite by any means.

Love that its dual ended, you can really control how much of either volume or length you want! The wands both deposit the perfect amount of mascara.No flaking, smudging or running at all.

I'm not sure why the manufacturer would choose not to seal this product for hygienic and safety purposes. I found the wands a bit tiny to work with and had to make several passes to get coverage. I did get ok separation but not much in the way of volume. This one's a no for me.

This arrived and was not sealed. It could have been used and no one would know since it was just a twist off and nothing showing it was a new product. Not very sanitary.

I discovered this brand thanks to Amazon and this particular product reinforces a theory I have that a big part of the way mascara works is largely due to the wand, not necessarily the formula itself. To that end, this product comes with two wands - one silicone which is meant for separation, the other more traditional which is meant for lengthening. I rarely use false lashes and don't love a ton of product on my eyelashes, so this mascara works well for my needs. One thing I like is that many volumizing mascaras tend to have a white formula that you swipe on first, then the dark actual mascara... and if you don't perfectly cover up the first one, sometimes it ends up giving a weird 'lash glue' effect that makes eyelashes look a bit ghostly and odd. This mascara is black for both sides so you can even use the wands on their own for the effect you want.

I love the length applicator. It goes on so well with no clumps and looks great.

I love that this product is vegan and cruelty free. It's very easy to use, it's a wand. Good sized wand for value. It makes my lashes look fuller, darker and longer. Works as I expected. No irritation but I also made sure to only put on my lashes. I use a facial cleanser to remove all remnants of the product from my lashes in the evening. So far I'm happy with this mascara.
