The spring semester always has more and more snow each year, as Winter gets more and more delayed in the fall semester. I have Hot Hands hand warmers but they take some time to heat up and sometimes I dont have time in class to open up a package ahead of time before I have to head outside and get to my next class. On campus we have a few busses that rotate around, but they can be inconsistent timing or be full and skip the stop due to lack of room. I need to have a way to heat up if I'm on the bus stop. And even if my class is walking distance, my fingers are very sensitive to cold (along with below zero temperatures) so I need to make sure my pockets are warm.Im hoping these will help me stay warm and keep all my fingers this semester. Here are my initial thoughts!Size: They're very compact which i am very happy to discover. I wanted something that i could easily hold but that wouldn't take up a lot of space or weight in my pocket.Very portable and the magnetic backs are great for making sure they stick together. Its strong enough to keep them together, even if you pick one up and shake it hard, but light enough that you can easily pry them apart with your hands not using much force.Heat: They heat up VERY quickly. I included a short video to show the speed that it can reach the next level temperature. I'm sure if you allow more time it will heat up better, but for demonstration purposes I allowed about 10 seconds for each level shift so you can see the intervals.Only the side with the LEDs heats up btw.Charging: The package very clearly says to charge before first use, so I did. The LEDs indicated 2/3 power already charged, so im sure if you were in an emergency and needed ro use these immediately, you'd be fine. I wasn't sure how much exactly they were at, but in 10 minutes they were fully charged and ready to test.The product uses a C-type port to charge. It came with a cable with 2 c-type chargers connected to 1 USB connection. This is really neat since you only need the 1 cable (1 USB port) to charge both of the hand warmers. No need to have 2 separate cables that take up 2 ports and possibly tangle up. Or if you only have 1 USB port to charge things, you can still charge both at the same time.Appearance: They are very smooth and easy to hold. I forgot I ordered green until I opened up my order to add my review and noticed the picture was green. I had to turn my lights on to see the green more clearly. It's not the same shade of green as the listing shows, but I did look at other reviews and notice their green ones looked like mine. I actually prefer this look to the one in the listing so I'm happy with it. Just a disclaimer in case you wanted the green just as it looks in the listing picture.Value: I bought this at $19 ($18.90 something). For being about $20, and from what I have seen, I think it's a good value. I did see there is now a coupon (at the time of this review) to get it for $13. If you can wait for another deal like that definitely do, but if you're wondering if it's worth the $19, don't worry about it! You are getting your money's worth.

The warmth is amazing, the design is super sleek, and I love the colors. The battery life has some room to improve, but for the price, they're great. An essential for being outdoors with Reynauds!

They get to hot and toasty. Perfect for cold mornings at car drop off duty at school.

When I first opened the package, I noticed how small and thin they were compared to other hand warmers that I purchased for gifts. I thought about immediately returning them. But after giving it a try I really liked it. The smaller more slim design fits in my hand better. And they heat up just as good as the other ones I have. I like its simpler interface. I will have to test to see how long it lasts. but it turned out to be better than my initial out of the box impression.

We live off grid. These hand warmers came in very handy. We used them as chicken warmers. We'd charge them up and used 2 at a time. They lasted all nite and sometimes 10 hrs. I was surprised. Very durable.

I ski a lot and always got the disposable hand heaters. Took a change on these and like them. Get hot fairly fast. And small enough to carry and use, but big enough you won’t lose them. They only heat up on one side, so if you want to hold them in one hand, you have to put them back to back to warm your whole hand. They do have magnets that hold them together which is a really nice feature. I’ll be using them this ski season and we’ll see if they last!

For context, I’m from a warm climate and I have very little “cold tolerance.” I bought these on a whim before a trip to a cold climate. I had no idea how well they would work or how long they would last.I spent multiple days exploring the city in single digit temperatures and my hands were never once cold or uncomfortable. I never even felt the need to increase the temperature control from its lowest setting.The warmers charged easily overnight and lasted for an entire day (and evening) of adventuring. The multiple heat settings and magnetic connection are nice additions to the convenience of this product.While I can’t speak to the long term durability of this product, I can say that I am very pleased with this purchase and I would definitely recommend them based on my experience.

These are okay. I had bought my parents earlier in the year some hand warmers that were double sided and more rounded. I bought these initially for walking my dog on cold days and they work fine but if you have extra cash I’d splurge for something better like what I had previously bought my parents. Otherwise these are what they say they are, keep a decent charge, and work fine for warming. Ergonomic design could be better but otherwise fine.
