Q: does it actually ship from 1-2 months?

I ordered this bag during the holidays last year and it only took a couple of days to get to me. However, bought this bag for traveling back home and found that the shoe storage section under the bag was torn or unsewn! One of the Velcro pieces was hanging by a thread! I was very disappointed in the quality ! I wouldn’t recommend it!
