These little hangers are awesome. Sturdy, and the best part, they don’t need anything else: it’s hanger and nails all in one piece. Now, I would recommend using a hammer for better results (and less risk of hurting your fingers).I hanged a rather large frame with one on top and one at the buttom (both with the teeth facing up) plus 2 pieces of 3M velcro (1 on each side) and that frame is not moving anywhere. Will buy again.

It's fairly easy to use (watch out for your fingers). Ideal for frames that don't have the right hardware. Helped install horizontal mirrors in just a few minutes! I recommend this product.

These work great. If you have a wood frame, they are super easy to install. Keep in mind won't work on plastic or metal frames, tho.

These are so easy to hammer into any picture frame except metal. I 💗them.
