Drying in half the time
This is the third blow dry brush that I’ve tried. First was Hot Tools, I really liked this one as it put out enough heat to dry my thick coarse curly hair pretty fast (15-20 minutes). It worked great until the handle got so hot it burnt my hand.Second attempt was Revlon, everyone was raving about it so I jumped on the band wagon. From the start I could tell a huge difference from the Hot Tools brush. First it didn’t grab my hair and hold it while brushing through, the bristles wore down super fast and it ended up burning my hair.I recently started using the Bondi Boost shampoo and conditioner and decided to try out this tool. First time using it and I’m thoroughly impressed. It grabbed my hair and pulled just enough to get that straight but not the stick straight look that I want. It didn’t get too hot even on high, and only took about 20 minutes to dry. Granted it’s 98% humidity right now and my mid-back length hair was freshly washed and not super towel dried, so I was impressed to say the least.

Scary and Surprising Malfunction
I ordered the Bondi Brush with great expectation. The first three times I used it I loved how fast it worked. It is also easy to hold. Last night - which is the 4th time I've used the tool it almost caught fire. A completely scary malfunction! I noticed that the handle was getting really hot. Too hot. So I adjusted the temperature even though I wasn't quite through the high cycle. Then it began to make a shrieking sound. And soon started to pop and spark. I'm not an easily alarmed person but it was ... very alarming. It was fairly expensive and I'm really disappointed. I'll also say this ... while I liked the speed and ease the first three times I used - all three times my hair ended up frizzy and dry. Even used the Bondi Hair oil afterward and just felt disappointed. Sad to give a bad review but I think the manufacturers might want to look into the mechanism!

One of our favorite products!
Love the ease of use and it does everything as described. Very convenient and smooths hair as it dries. Love it!!!

Huge disappointment. This is not 1200W as BondiBoost claims.
The BondiBoost Blowout Brush Pro Hair Dryer & Hair Brush says it's a 1,200 watt product. I loved that I’d stumbled onto this “1200W” tool, given my love for BB’s shampoo and conditioner line. What a marvel, considering most common brands in blow dryer brushes (Revlon, Hot Tools, Conair, BedHead, et al) currently only go to 1,100 watts. I’ve been around those blocks and wanted a “better” brush. I spent hours researching an elusive higher wattage—and bam! BondiBoost—unicorn, right? Please see my attached pics. This is only an 1,100 watt hair tool. Why do they advertise 1,200 watt? Truly, I want answers. I’m sure some of you reading do too. Also, it’s as blisteringly loud as their competition brethren, which I could deal with, except the barrel doesn’t have any sort of protectant coating (ceramic, tourmaline, titanium) like the commonplace brands that have begun to step up their game. The BondiBoost is just a run-of-the-mill aluminum barrel hair dryer brush. I'm returning. One, for the questionable practices, and two, for the overpriced hype I fell for.Edit 3-16-23: BondiBoost has finally corrected their listed wattage on this hair tool from 1200W that it claimed to 1100W, which is the actual. I hope they've also done this across retailers and their web site. My review and initial thoughts, however, stand. (Thank you for reading).

DRIES HAIR SO FAST
I wanted to find a cuter version of the revlon brush and this brand is exactly what I was looking for. It works just as well and makes my hair so soft every time. The time I spend blow drying my hair has been cut in half since purchasing this.

Disappointed
Great at first. I have naturally curly hair so it does a pretty good job of getting my hair straight. I bought this in Aug 24 and it only last 5 months after using it tonight the handle got really hot. Then a bad burnt smell and shut off.It wont turn back on the seems like the motor burned up.I was hoping this would have lasted longer

Not for curly girls
I’ve been using the revlon blowout brush for about a year now and absolutely love it! I have super curly thick hair and it’s changed the game for me. Cut my styling time in half if not more and really gave me the smooth blowout look I was hoping for. I didn’t think a product like this would work for me but that one really held it’s own and did a phenomenal job. With that being said… idk what it is about the Bondi dryer brush but it really doesn’t do anything at all for my hair😩 It was time for me to get a new one cause unfortunately these won’t last years when your hair is so thick cause the bristles start to bend and break which is to be expected. I gave Bondi a shot because it’s pretty/aesthetic and I figured all of these dryers were pretty much exactly the same. It looked the same shape wise and everything. Idk why but it just fluffed my hair out so bad! I did my routine and used it exactly how I would the revlon and I could not for the life of me get it to smooth down. It was the equivalent of me just rough drying my hair with a regular blow dryer while running a brush through it. Just a proofed up coarse frizzy lions main. I think it just doesn’t heat up enough or something. I hate to hate on it just because it wasn’t for me. I’m sure based on the reviews it’s great for girls with thinner, straight hair. But if you’re a super curly girl like me.. even though this one is pretty, do yourself a favor and get the original revlon one. This one will just not give you the result you’re looking for.

Worked well…for 3 months
I really liked this but after just 3 months, it burned up and will not turn on.
