Q: Can you use it as a real stepping stone?

Do not step on it. My 8 year old daughter spent an hour painting it and stepped on it this morning and it broke into a million pieces. We failed to see that is said decorative only so it's our fault, but it should not be named "stepping stone" if it is not meant to be used for that purpose.

Hi There! Unfortunately, this kit does not include the protective varnish. You can find the varnish at your local hardware store or anywhere that sells craft supplies. Q: Is it big enough for an adult hand? My mom is a lucky lady and I only get her the best gifts!

Definitely for a child, not an adult and honestly, you're better off buying a different brand. This one was a mess and didn't work. Another family member bought the same one and had the same experience.

Unfortunately, you cannot choose which animals you'd like in the 3 pack.
