I broke 4 or 5 sets before this, working long hours. These move the best that I've used. Using on carpet in a Secret Lab chair.

I have tried so many of the rollerblade style wheels on my gaming chair. I have carpet in my home office and every single one of the ones on Amazon said carpet but would just hang up. Plus, they were all so thin they made my chair very unstable.I'm a bigger guy (6' 230lbs), but even for my smaller family members, and kids, the chair would just fall over from any other rollerblade caster / wheel we tried.I saw these as I've been waiting for dual-wheel ones. WOW!!! THEY WORK SO WELL! The chair feels stable. I have a 28" aluminum base and they went in very easily. The roll perfectly on my carpet (which is not super short). I'm attaching a picture so you can see the pile of the carpet.I'm so impressed I will probably order another set for my other work chair. They seem well made. Only time will tell how they hold up, but so far I'm really impressed.

Excellent product. Does not mark the floors or collect dust and lint like the standard office chair castors. Smooth rolling and very strong and sturdy. I bought them for my 115kg father, who has a degenerative physical disability and sits on his ergonomic office chair up to 12 hours a day.

I had no idea these existed until I heard someone mention them on a productivity podcast I listen to. Compared to the standard plastic casters that come with most office chairs, these are a significant upgrade and well worth it. They make the chair easier to roll around, quieter, and create a lot less wear on the floor/rug.I like these double wheels in particular over the roller-blade style single wheel because they don't add much (if anything) to the height of the chair.
