Definitely provides me clean energy because it contains green tea extract & natural caffeine. I like the piña colada flavor as well. Perfect to mix with water or add it to your protein shakes. Good value. Good texture. And easy to use and read instructions. Overall I like it a lot! Good quality.

While this does fuel my workouts well and give me a great boost of energy, this drink tastes pretty awful and i have to really dilute it to choke it down. If it tasted better, I’d be a repeat customer on this one, but I’m having a hard time even finishing the container because it just doesn’t taste good.

Buy this! I’ve been taking the BCAAs mango peach from the same makers for over a year before my workouts and they’ve been great (see my review). These are a game changer. Let me start off by saying these do not give me a crash, gives me clean steady energy, no itchiness or burning. I say that with positivity because I rarely have caffeine, I’ve tried the other stim and non stim preworkouts, but they always left me feelings weird, and they were always sugary and too sweet. This brand and flavor, watermelon rush, is light, right sweetness and tang, and tastes like sweet tarts, no lie. That’s my favorite candy. The energy kept me going through my workouts and oddly enough, my day. Only 100 mg of clean caffeine (PurCaf) vs an 8 oz sugar free Red Bull with 80mg of caffeine. Did I mention, no crashes? I notice how my body and mind changes each day and this product seems to be a revelation for me. I also love that it comes with the same vegan BCAAs that I used to take before workouts, win win. I would recommend this product. I am in no way vegan, but I do take care of what goes in my body. I try to do my own research on the ingredients of products I intake.

This product is average. Each serving of one scoop, isn’t enough to get you ready for a workout. I tried one scoop the first time trying it, but it didn’t give me that good preworkout rush. Next time, I took 2 scoops and felt it more like a decent preworkout. The one scoop serving size doesn’t contain enough caffeine or Bcaas to meet my requirements. I wouldn’t buy this again. It just wouldn’t last me very long, and wouldn’t be cost efficient if I had to double the serving size each time.

Let me start off by if you are picky about after taste in things like me, don't listen to all these reviews saying how this taste good. IT DOES NOT taste good at all. Very similar to just any other pre-workout out there, leaves a very bad after taste and made me very nauseous. I had decent energy but took one scoop just to push myself a little at the gym. Instead of feeling more energetic I felt like the little energy that I had got drained out of me. 30 mins after taking this I legit was yawning and wanted to take a nap. Let's not forget the horrible after taste linger in your mouth even after you drink a ton of water. I'm never ordering pre-workout online again.

I was trying to find something to add to my water that I drink before and during my workouts. Something WITHOUT a lot of sugar but something to replenish some of the electrolytes lost from sweating. This stuff fits the bill, tastes pretty good and doesn't cost a fortune.
