My cat loves this. She likes it so much that I use it as a treat instead of regular food. Every time I open a can she runs to me and follows me until she gets some.

Cats tend not to drink enough water, so they easily become dehydrated and constipated to the point of impaction. That's why you see so many cat foods that are watery, with soup or gravy, or simply some water. This one is a hockey puck-chunk of carbs -- not what cats need for a healthy diet because they are obligate carnivores. It is packed with brown rice and peas. My cats love the taste, but I can only offer it sparingly or pair it with some broth. However, my dog loves it on occasion, and the carbs are alright for her diet. I wish they would make a dog version.

This is my cat's favorite cat food! It's been difficult to find in my small town, and I've had to buy them other cat foods they do not like and won't eat, thereby wasting my money! I'm so happy I found this option to keep my kitties happy and well fed!

My three semi feral cats will only eat pate cat food--how spoiled!
