So thankful for this supplement in a liquid! Multiple types of ginseng *and* ashwagandha is hard to find.Its helped me whether a lot of issues and fatigue this year. Would recommend. Has a nutty flavor.

Another quality supplement from a brand I know and trust
Love the real glass bottles, which are dark to keep out damaging light. The dropper/pipette makes it very easy to use at the recommended dosage. No unpleasant aftertaste.Love that this is sugar free, soy free, and grain free.My only issue is that I would like to understand the science behind why the instructions say to take for a month, then take 2 weeks off before using again for another 2-4 weeks. e.g. What would happen if you took continuously?
