I have tried other night guards that didn’t stay in my mouth because they were not “thick” enough after being heat-set,This night guard is very sturdy and stays in my mouth. My wife told me I don’t snore when I have it in, so she loves that I am wearing it. I clinch my teeth during sleep, and this night guard keeps me from doing that. It has relieved the pressure a considerable amount. It's also easy to mold to your mouth.I am so glad for this solution that is not very costly

I am so happy that this mouth guard product really works for my grinding teeth!it fits my upper to lower teeth, and its transparency makes it possible to clean it perfectly in all hard-to-reach places,fitting channel enables a secure fit that locks in place while sleep.I spent over $300 from my FSA account to have a custom night guard made by my dentist. It fit perfectly, but was made out of hard plastic. There was no give for teeth clenching and grinding, which caused my jaw to ache in the morning. Even after several re-fittings, I had to stop wearing it after several months, because of the pain it caused the following day. after searching on Amazon and quickly to pick this product as it shows it could replace my orginal one with much less money. I must say that I am extremely pleased and highly recommend them. The directions were easy to follow, I created a great fit myself, it protects my teeth, and is extremely comfortable. Save your pennies and order these instead.The secret to getting a good fit is to leave the guard in hot water for the allotted 20 seconds. Remove quickly, shake off the excess water, wait about 6 seconds, and then put it in your mouth (top teeth are recommended). Don’t bite down. Suck the air out of your mouth, use your tongue to hold it in position, and then use your thumb and index fingers (both hands) to firmly press the guard into your teeth for a good custom fit. Keeping enough plastic to cover inside and out, start at the front center and work toward the molars. Work quickly before it cools too much and make sure you give the ends a good pinch. Run it under cold water to set and you’re done. This will help preserve your pearly whites. Over all, i would recommed this mouth guard to my friends!

Unfortunantly I am a grinder. My teeth were almost flat when I was told I'm a grinder.. so now I use night guards. These ones are nice because you get 6 that means I can toss one and not worry. Easy to mold and fit.

My 5 year old grinds his teeth badly at night. To the point where it wakes me up in the other room. This was the perfect solution. It was a little intimidating for my five year to mold it to his teeth but once that was done, it worked great.

I had a mouth guard from my dentist that my dog ate. I read reviews on this so I bought it. It was so easy to form. It is a little thicker and more pliable than my dentist one, but I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed how comfortable this was, and didn't bother my tongue. My mouth was in a very natural position, and when I bit down there was way more cushion than my dentist guard. I will for sure use this one going forward!!

I've never used anything like this before, so i didn't really know what to expect. But I've been grinding my teeth at night a lot. Sometimes so hard it wakes me up and my head hurts. So I figured I'd try this out. Took me a while to figure it out, but when I finally decided to look at the instructions i figured it out pretty quick. Lol. Just had to heat it up in some water and whatnot. But the thinner ones feel more comfortable to me. Also says it can be used with teeth whitening products. So I might just try that out in the future also. I think it's an overall nice product. More so because it comes with a traveling case. Very convenient.

I give these a 4, all 3 sizes fit my small mouth/tooth arch. They are easy to use. I did not use for teeth whitening. I would have given a 5 star, except the 3 little ridges on the top center of the guard and the fine lines (probably from the mold used to make them?) along the bottom area make my tongue sore.

The guard arrived faster than expected. It was a cinch to shape and mold to my mouth. This item is unique in that it comes in 3 sizes. I am an adult with a very small mouth. I ordered the youth size and one of what I received fit beautifully. I saved a lot of money, but most of all, have something comfortable to wear at night to protect my crowns from my teeth grinding. I heartedly recommend it.

Está bien el producto, son las primeras guardas que uso así que en realidad no tengo un punto de comparación pero, estas van perdiendo la forma de tus dientes con el paso de los días, lo que hace que no se mantengan en su lugar. No sé si la idea es estarlos metiendo en agua cada semana para volver a darles forma. Fuera de eso creo que el material es bueno y son fáciles de usar

No me gusto porque al usarlo me dio infección en la boca, me inflamo un ganglio y en la encía me salieRon unas llagas por el material.Me gusto que llega en tiempo y forma, el producto es tal cual como lo describen.
