This is a very nice natural herbal product. works for us when our allergies kick up in the spring, summer, and fall. We have been using for years. these cost more than what we get at our local Oriental market; but sometimes the local market is out of stock. If you want to reduce your use of synthetic allergy remedies; then this may be a product for you. If you have severe allergies then you may need to find an Oriental medicine Doctor or a good rated herbologist; if you can find one. If you have a local Oriental market they may have a book that lists remedies for various health conditions. Worth a try; but you may need to take them for a few days to get max benefit. they are not an instant relief product; but taken as directed they might work for you.

I have been taking this for several years--works really well & no side effects.

Made me very sick. I vomited mucous and had diarrhea. I'm sensitive/allergic to many things so that may have been it, but I can't say for sure. Nothing else new at the time. May clear out too well or something else up with product.

Dependable results with no adverse effects for me. Very happy to find this formula. Affordable too.
