This coffee is absolutely fantastic: no bitter taste, no awful aftertaste, very easy to make, amazing flavor. I tried it first time I one restaurant in South Dakota and started ordering it myself. The only downside is overly expensive shipping. I wish some of the stores in Colorado decide to sell it (Whole Foods or Costco). According to their website, there's not even one retailer in Central America who has this coffee :-(

This coffee contains chicory. I don't like it and noticed it on my first sip.I went back to the listing because I didn't remember seeing the word chicory anywhere. It's not in the title, it's not in the description. It is however listed in ingredients: Water, Coffee, Chicory.Since it's there I can't return it in good faith. They really could've done a better job with the listing however. When people buy coffee (perhaps only outside Louisiana) they don't expect it to contain anything but coffee. I didn't notice the ingredient list because mentally there shouldn't have even been one.Oh well, C'est La Vie.

This coffee product is the best. Been using it for at least ten years or so. Would hope that Amazon, in the future, could work something out with the Cool Brew Company to cover some of the shipping cost. But, if that's not possible, who cares. This is the best coffee ever. Here's what I do. I drink two ways. One way is to put a measure and a half of coffee in a coffee mug. Fill it with cold milk (I use 2 percent). Add some sugar, stir, and you have a great cool drink. Lately, though, I've been filling the mug with one and a half measures of coffee, filling it with cold milk, adding sugar, stirring, and then microwaving it for three minutes. Great drink.

I had been using Cool Brew for many years when I lived in New Orleans. When I found that the stores in my new area didn't carry the product, I ordered online. I am happy that the recent order is "back" in the original shape bottle, with its portion dispenser. The Original flavor has a hint of N.O. chickory and all of the other flavors are super..especially for iced drinks. I keep the bottles refrigerated and they do not go stale. I have even frozen a couple and I do not see a change in the coffee flavor when the bottle is defrosted. I love Cool Brew. The only thing missing is the scent of fresh brewed coffee.

I love coffee. I love flavored coffee that's not sweet. And, I love convenience. Toss a few shots of this concentrated coffee in a cup and add ice or hot water and some milk. It's seriously that easy. The bottle is well designed and allows you to squeeze up a premeasured shot so you know exactly how much you're getting. And, the flavor! I could go on and on, but you just have to try it for yourself - it's really the best coffee I've ever had, and because it's cold brewed, you don't get acid. If you're hesitating because of the price - just compare it to what you'd pay for he same thing at a cafe.

I like the coffee, and the seller was excellentI have bought coffee from these people several times now, and they are excellent sellers. I know it says on shipping I believe five or six days but it is never taken more than two days for me

Absolutely the best cold brew! I grew up in a coffee loving family ling before it was cool. I know great coffee. This is the best cold brew! I was so sad when my store stopped carrying it. Great value, though the shipping is way too expensive!

I love this product. The only problem I have is with the shipping. My last order arrived with the box intact, but it had obviously had a rough journey as one of the containers had partially exploded inside leaving a nice coating of coffee on every bottle. Previous orders have arrived without incident. I recommend the product highly, but be aware that it needs to stay refrigerated which means fast shipping that comes with a high shipping cost.
