It's a very useful product, works well with Alexa. Easy to set up, can set countdown timer on app and also the app has multiple options to choose from.

Works well with google home. I am using it with TV. You need to install smart life app to set it up first. After that you can add this to google home. Also you need smart life app to upgrade the firmware of this device. I got a firmware update today.

Bought this for my grandparents so that they can turn on and off their water motor pump. They were able to configure it on their own and are satisfied with the product.

Huge disappointment, this plug makes a constant hissing sound the moment its plugged in regardless of whether it's on or not. Thought I received a defective product and claimed replacement , the new unit too behaves the very same. Very unfortunate I don't have the option for refund with this product. Users be aware of this issue before buying ,especially if you going to sit very near to the plug

Initially I was not able to link this to my WiFi changing my SSID name and password without symbols. I was able to link without any issues. Linking to google home mini using smart life is also very easy.

I sometimes turn the heater on while in office and then I go home and switch it off. All from the APP. This is an amazing product. You do need to use a 3 pin converter which is 50 Rs for heavy appliances and it is not bulky.

Connectivity is fine but there is constant hisss.. sound that bothers me..I feel worried and cannot leave this socket unattended..sorry but not satisfied with the product though the functionality is fine but due to hissss.. sound my level of confidence is less.

This product is working well. If you are technically strong you can buy and use it.
