Over a year on a palliative dose of dexamethasone and something had to change. I couldn't recognize my face in the mirror, had gained 30 pounds, was angry all the time, and hadn't seen a noticeable decrease in my seizures. After reading a few studies on the steroid sparing effects of Boswellia for brain swelling, I started experimenting with different brands and hit the jackpot with this product. I take 3-6 grams mixed with water daily and have been off steroids for 9 months. I have my life back. No increase in swelling and fewer seizures than I had at 4mg dex daily. Life-changing for me.

If I could rate Boswellia Serrata Extract a 10, I would! You see, I suffer from an unknown form of full body inflammation and anti inflammatory medications doesn't work. In addition to a possible auto immune disorder, I suffer from many other medical conditions which has resulted in my having to take 17 prescription pills each day and 5 supplements. I didn't want to take another prescription medication because I feel I'm taking too much medication as it is. So, I decided to research the ingredients in herbal anti inflammatory herbs and found the one common ingredient in each, which turned out to be Boswellia. Then I went a step further and research which process was more organic and which was safer to humans. The company of choice was Samsara Herbs. After taking the herb for only one day I felt so much better. My pain level dropped from an 8 to a 6, and I lost 3 pounds overnight. Now it doesn't hurt so bad to be touched. I will continue to use Boswellia because it works! What a great product!!

I finally found a relatively easy way to consume this twice a day. I know most people put it in smoothies but I don't want to drink two smoothies per day. I use a half scoop in a small glass with a little bit of powdered Crystal Light lemonade flavor, add about 1/8 cut cold water and about a teaspoon of plain yogurt, then mix it up and "shoot it" like a shot. Adding the small amount of yogurt makes the boswellia bind because it does not dissolve in liquid alone. It took about a week, using twice a day, for the arthritis in my finger to nearly go away and my overall hip joint pain to reduce. My arthritic finger used to wake me up at night because it would lock up, now after boswellia it doesn't lock up or hurt at all and the swelling is greatly reduced.

Works better than all other boswellia powders. This is significantly more potent.

I had gastro-intestinal issues for years including IBS, SIBO and other conditions associated with an autoimmune disease. After doing lots of research, I decided to try this product and it worked after all the pills prescribed by doctors did not. It says it is useful for digestive and immune health and also as an anti-inflammatory. I had been taking turmeric for lower back pain associated with wear and tear and age. It worked very well.I could spring out of bed again instead of unwinding slowly due to the arthritis. However, after adding Boswellia to my morning shake, my back issues got even better and my energy level is up simply because the problems that plagued me have disappeared. I have used supplements for years and have found that the powdered form from a good source is much better than taking a pill or capsule. This product has worked miracles.

It's hard to tell whether or not such things work, you don't get some sort of immediate feedback from your body. It is terribly sour, but I did not have a problem with it as long as I mixed it in some soy milk.I know is working because if I go back to sleep after I get up to feed my cat in the morning, I take it. Then, I get up the second time nothing hurts. This is great!Also added it to the muscle rub I was formulating, but I can't really tell if it did any good. MAn irritating features of this is that the powder is so fine but it flies all around even if you're just closing the bag. I don't want to lose the product because it becomes airborne.Update. I now use capsules. This stuff is very effective.

The flavor is bitter but I make it out of my own capsules. It does very good for my arthritis pain in my back. I think it's a little expensive but it works
