Work very well.

Bought these to replace a similar all-metal nail file from the drugstore. Didn't expect the smaller size; that's sort of my fault because measurements are shown in the pictures, but the hand-model pictures are tricky because jf they are to scale then those are freakishly small hands to make the file look large. They're a bit thinner and more bendable than the drugstore file. The cross-hatch is more widely spaced and the same on both sides, drugstore has narrower hatching and one side is even more narrow for smoothing and finishing. Still, these files are adequate for most uses and the price is a good value.

Not as ridged

Great little metal nail files.

It’s probably a little too sharp if I’m being honest, but it gets the job done. It’s better for taking off material than it is for smoothing out rough spots. But in a pinch I’d rather have it than not.

These leave a clean edge on a natural nail. I used to use the Revlon file but they have turned to junk; they leave "raw" edges on a natural nail; therefore you catch and split. As others say, be careful with these they are sharp and you can cut into your skin. I would prefer if they were just a bit longer and thicker but for the price they are real good. Nice to clean under your nails.

Serves it’s purpose but the quality of the metal it was less than expected.
