Health benefits of Hibiscus leaves are numerous, especially in reducing blood pressure levels and reducing the level of sodium in the kidneys, lots of research supporting this herb and the colour is amazing, very deep red.

Very pleased with this product. It's a massive bag. But perfect for my use of making a juice drink, hot herbal drinks and hair spritz.As a cold drink boil with Cloves and once cool pour & water and sugar and a wonderful flavourful drink.As a hot herbal drink boil with knob of ginger and 2 whole sliced lemons with skin on. Simmer then drink hot with honey packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and is antiflammatory, great for this cold season.I add some in a bowl and steep in hot water and spritz my hair to add strength and shine with other products.Price is great for such a big bag and it will last me a while with my various uses
