It is expensive, which is a definite negative. Over a 6 month period, it appears to have worked. I have lost 20 pounds taking it before breakfast and supper . If I could make time for my walks more regularly, I think the weight loss would have been greater. At 76 one would think that I would have some control of my life! On the other hand, I seriously doubt my ability to tolerate the tedium of a boring, ritualistic lifestyle. Please, if you must use a name, use only Peg. Trunature products at COSTCO are cheaper
I have used Trunature products along with SolarRay and Natures Made. All are considered very good brands. For pre diabetics and diabetics my Dr recommends 5000IU of D3 daily. This exact bottle count is available at COSTCO for 11.99.
