best grippper
recently I was helping my preschool grandson with his homework and saw he was holding the pencil in a very awkward manner. as a retired teacher my thoughts went to using a pencil gripper to help him. I ordered a packet that included several kinds of grippers, This was over and above the most comfortable, helpful and easy to use. I then purchased a packet of these. I even asked his teacher if he could use this in to reinforce his learning to hold a pencil correctly.

Great to teach little ones to hold pencil correctly!!
I have struggled to get my grandson to hold pencils, even the fat ones correctly. This worked perfectly for correct ergonomics of his finger placements. He focuses to put the correct fingers into the slots. Sturdy, good product. Great option to help little ones learn to write.

Nice concept
These work great for my kiddos. However, 2 of the 5 have broken at the area of the pointer finger, but they are still usable just not as sturdy now.

Perfect
Works better than expected. Don't have to worry about improper grip as I showed my 6 year old once, and it was self explanatory to him with each additional use because of the "finger holsters" and back divot where the middle finger lays. We do what we have to do to ensure our children's successes, and he is happy with them which makes me happy with them!

Conveys an idea
I found that they are good to explain the correct way to hold the pencil, but the kids don't like to use them for very long. Probably didn't need to make this purchase, but it didn't do any harm, either...

Serves its Purpose
I have a developmentally delayed 3 1/2 year old. He still holds a pencil with a bear claw grasp. I bought these and they are helping introduce consistency. Now, I do not have to show him every two seconds where his fingers go.The only CON (but not really related to the product) is that when he finally gets his fingers in correctly, the pencil is under his palm rather than resting on top of the skin between the finger and thumb. Again, it’s a learning process!
